What is the cost of maintaining "Good Health"
For many of us it could be as little as taking a few minutes out of each day to get in touch with, and develop a meaningful relationship with, our own body.
Your investment in learning the art of 'Healing Yoga" will provide you with the highest imaginable return: reduced stress, improved health, and most importantly of all, peace of mind.
For more than 20 years Eric Peters has been exploring and developing an approach to yoga that can be used specifically to reduce the discomfort associated with chronic ailments ranging from back pain, to arthritis to anxiety disorders.
Eric began this journey by first learning how to use yoga to get the most out of his own life. This included minimizing the pain associated with his scoliosis as well as relieving stress and anxiety generated through his role in helping to run a family business.
Since that time Eric has gone on to share what he had learned with literally hundreds of students in both groups and private classes.
Please contact Eric at eric@hopeformyback.com to obtain information on how to register for his classes.
I am often asked to compare my services to those of a fitness instructor and I need to explain that many yoga instructors do provide yoga lessons as a means to improved fitness and that this is a very good thing. However I have come to yoga from a significantly different place, a place of healing.
Born with scoliosis I took up yoga for the specific purpose of relieving the pain and discomfort associated with my condition and having helped myself become whole again I now dedicate my life to sharing this path with others, who through heredity, disease, accidental injury or the effects of aging have found themselves, like I was, searching for a path to wellness where seemingly none existed before.
I welcome your inquiries and wish you peace and success in your journey to health and wellness.
